The Porter's - Merry Christmas!

The Newbury Christmas light show is now showing at 1416 Newbury Dr. in Norman, Oklahoma (map). The shows will run through December 31st and last from 6 pm - 10:30 pm Sunday through Thursday and 6 pm - Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

The 2006 show currently has 8 songs. A 20-foot tree, 17 "mini" trees, and 4 silver bells have been added to the display this year. There are approximately 18,000 lights in the display. Videos of the show are given below.

The first time I saw that a computerized Christmas Light display choreographed to music was possible, I had a million questions. Through my research and trial and error in 2005, I was able to put up our first computerized light display.
